Katy ISD Named on College Board’s 10th Annual AP District Honor Roll
College Board has honored Katy ISD on their remarkable 10th annual list for the AP District Honor Roll! Only 250 school districts in the United States and Canada have met all the requirements for this recognition. School districts are acknowledged for continuously motivating their students to choose AP classes over on-level classes and for their commitment to help students to always try harder.
To be named on this list, school districts had to have shown growth in the number of students participating in the AP program “while also increasing or maintaining the percentage of students earning AP Exam scores of 3 or higher.” This honor proves how dedicated the school district is to provide an exceptional education for students. By offering incredible AP programs, students have the opportunity to challenge themselves and earn college credit for their hard work while still in high school.
